I can’t play the video clips?
If you can’t play the video clips you will need to download Windows Media Player.
Please click on the ‘Windows Media Player 10’ icon below, on left-hand side, to download.
The video clip keeps freezing and the status bar on Windows Media Player says ‘buffering’?
We recommend accessing the Sign On-line website via broadband or other high speed internet connection. This is because there is a lot of video content and the files sizes can be very large. If you are using a slow connection or dial-up connection, you may find that the videos keep stopping and starting while Windows Media Player waits for the files to download.
We recommend a minimum of 512MB of RAM and 1.5 gigahertz (GHz) processor or faster computer.
